This is a highly strategic and hands-on role for a senior recruiter with strong business acumen, exceptional sourcing skills, and experience building relationships with C-level and senior leaders in fast-paced, tech-driven environments. You will work directly with executives and hiring managers across functions to define hiring needs, map markets, and lead complex searches end-to-end, ensuring an excellent candidate experience and strong alignment with Tether’s values and growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to executives and senior leaders on all matters related to talent strategy and executive hiring.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for global leadership and highly specialized technical roles, from search design to offer negotiation.
  • Partner closely with leadership to anticipate future hiring needs and proactively build talent pipelines.
  • Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and research to support executive hiring strategy.
  • Manage candidate relationships with confidentiality, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the business landscapes.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve processes and outcomes.

We are looking for a candidate who is deeply experienced in executive search within the tech and finance sectors. The ideal candidate will possess:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 4 years focused on executive search or senior-level hiring.
  • Proven success in recruiting for leadership roles within technology, AI, or data-driven organizations.
  • Proven experience hiring for financial institutions, asset management, and venture capital is a must.
  • Deep understanding of executive search methodologies, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
  • Strong business judgment, discretion, and a strategic mindset.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an in-house executive recruiting or search firm environment.
  • Knowledge of AI, software engineering, or product leadership talent markets.
