As a Software Project Manager at Offchain Labs, you will be instrumental in guiding our innovative engineering teams. Your key responsibilities will include:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced project leader with a passion for driving innovation in the blockchain space. Ideal candidates will possess:

• 3-5 years of proven experience leading large-scale enterprise projects from inception to successful delivery.
• Strong familiarity and comfort with key project management concepts such as release planning, capacity planning, estimation, and proposal development.
• A comprehensive understanding of diverse software development approaches, from traditional methodologies to Agile frameworks, with the ability to guide clients to the best fit.
• A collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork over hierarchy, and a knack for organizing engaging sessions that foster shared ideas and propel work forward.
• Proficiency in working effectively with distributed teams, maintaining alignment and engagement regardless of geographical location.
