As a Donor Care Assistant, you will play a critical role within our Donor Care Department, supporting our mission through the following key responsibilities:

• Support three core areas: donor outreach and stewardship, gift processing and entry, and general administrative tasks.
• Engage in proactive donor outreach and cultivate strong, lasting relationships.
• Process and accurately enter gift information into our donor management systems.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth departmental operations.
• Collaborate effectively with the development team and the wider organization to achieve fundraising goals.
