📄 Job Description
- Identify, source, and evaluate early-stage investment opportunities in Web3 (DAOs, crypto infrastructure, and new verticals like entertainment and IoT).
- Attend crypto conferences and hackathons to source new projects, build relationships, and understand emerging trends.
- Perform detailed due diligence, financial analysis, and valuation on new investments, and support and monitor portfolio companies.
- Produce institutional-quality research reports, including token deep dives and thematic insight on Web3 verticals.
- Synthesize research findings in a digestible manner for Token Metrics TV and our YouTube channel.
- Arrange quarterly AMA sessions or podcasts to follow up on portfolio investments.
📌 Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, and/or computer science.
- Confident presentation abilities with proficiency in Powerpoint/Google Slides.
- Demonstrable crypto experience and a strong interest in Web3 technologies.
- Strong analytical and financial analysis skills; an ability to quickly comprehend, evaluate, and critique new ideas and data.
- A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and determination.
- In-depth knowledge of Crypto, especially DAOs and Web3 middleware.
