- Performing full-cycle recruiting, encompassing sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process, and offer negotiation.
- Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
- Collaborating closely with the HR team and hiring managers to continuously improve the hiring process.
- Driving or participating in various HR projects and strategic initiatives.
- Maintaining recruiting databases with accuracy and timeliness.
