📄 Job Description
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research, identify, and qualify high-potential crypto projects and Tier-1 partners. Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, and Twitter/X. Leverage automation and enrichment tools like Zapier, n8n, and Make.com to optimize processes.
- Lead Nurturing & Pipeline Development: Conduct engaging exploratory conversations to understand prospect needs and gauge interest. Maintain consistent touchpoints to guide leads through the prospecting funnel and facilitate sales engagement through dedicated Telegram groups.
- CRM Management & Reporting: Meticulously document all activities, notes, and updates within the CRM system. Provide weekly reports on lead pipeline metrics, outreach performance, growth opportunities, challenges, and valuable market insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various business units and cross-departments to ensure seamless lead hand-offs, align with their specific requirements, and contribute to refining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), messaging, and lead scoring strategies for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Account-Based Selling (ABS) initiatives.
- Market Research: Continuously monitor and stay updated on the latest trends across the Web3, AI, and broader emerging tech ecosystems. Analyze the competitive landscape and track key players to identify strategic opportunities for engagement and differentiation.
📌 Requirements
- A minimum of 2+ years of dedicated experience in lead generation, data research, or a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role within a Web3, AI, crypto, or blockchain-focused company.
- A deep and comprehensive understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, encompassing DeFi, DAOs, NFT projects, digital wallets, exchanges, and various L1/L2 chains.
- Proven proficiency with CRM tools, lead databases, AI automation, account-based strategies, and a variety of outreach tools.
- Demonstrated success in high-ticket cold outreach, effectively qualifying leads, and consistently passing high-quality opportunities to the Business Development team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, crucial for engaging with top-tier prospects and internal stakeholders.
