📄 Job Description
- Participating actively in task breakdown, estimation, design, implementation, and maintenance of critical Wealth & Asset Management systems.
- Writing, reviewing, testing, and thoroughly documenting code, adhering to Anchorage Digital’s high engineering and team standards.
- Diving deep into complex and ambiguous technical challenges to formulate elegant and practical solutions.
- Conducting peer code reviews to ensure consistency, minimize errors, and foster shared context across the Platform Custody engineering team.
- Collaborating within a distributed team environment to deliver small to medium-sized features effectively.
- Championing an efficient and deterministic testing culture, with a strong emphasis on minimizing technical debt.
- Breaking down larger tasks and solving moderately complex software engineering problems, with mentorship from senior engineers.
- Ensuring comprehensive knowledge sharing within the team to prevent single points of failure.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with the Wealth & Asset Management Solutions team and other teams across Anchorage Digital.
- Contributing to sprint planning, task estimation, and collaborative problem-solving efforts within the team.
- Communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders, each possessing different contexts and areas of expertise.

- Proven real-world experience in building complex distributed systems.
- Strong engineering skills, with a dedicated focus on code quality and comprehensive test infrastructure.
- Solid experience with concurrency, advanced algorithms, and data structures.
Desirable qualifications that would make you an even stronger candidate:
- Experience with GraphQL API design and implementation.
- Experience with gRPC API design and implementation.
- A background or strong interest in the finance industry.
