📄 Job Responsibilities

As a PMAA, you will play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting our team members. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Submitting and monitoring onboarding and offboarding tickets for equipment and access requests.
  • Monitoring the issuance of Government Furnished Equipment, essential headphones, and required access permissions.
  • Collecting pre-hire competency certifications from new team members.
  • Ensuring all new hires receive Personal Identification Verification exemptions where applicable.
  • Coordinating nesting partners for new hires, providing guidance during and after their training period.
  • Communicating any staff status changes to Workforce Management and Training Sections as required.
  • Tracking and maintaining accurate records of equipment status.

📌 Qualifications & Requirements

We are looking for an organized, communicative, and proactive individual ready to support our mission. Ideal candidates will possess:
  • An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management is preferred.
  • Prior administrative or program support experience, demonstrating your ability to manage complex tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and effective interactions.
  • Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and especially Outlook.
  • A collaborative spirit, with the ability to work well with others and maintain professional relationships.
  • Experience with program or project management software like MS Project is a plus.
  • A detail-oriented and highly organized approach to all tasks.
  • 2-3 years of previous call center experience is preferred.
