As our Remote Front Desk Representative, you will be the virtual face of Peoria Housing Authority. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Serving as the virtual front-line representative, greeting and assisting clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls with a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Responding promptly to inquiries and routing messages to the appropriate departments.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and consultations.
  • Maintaining accurate records, updating databases, and handling basic data entry tasks.
  • Assisting with daily administrative tasks, such as email management, document organization, and reporting.
