As a Senior Software Engineer at Everclear, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining critical services within our cross-chain intent system. Your work will directly impact our ability to scale, handling sophisticated blockchain infrastructure that manages cross-chain liquidity, settlement, and rebalancing operations across various blockchain networks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust services that provide the network with deep liquidity and efficient settlement solutions.
• Build and optimize automated market making bots tailored for cross-chain settlements.
• Implement resilient and secure intent settlement mechanisms.
• Develop and refine rebalancing strategies across multiple blockchain networks to optimize capital efficiency.
• Ensure the highest reliability, performance, and security of all cross-chain transaction processing.
• Actively collaborate on architecture decisions for both on-chain and off-chain infrastructure, contributing to the strategic evolution of our intent system.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated engineer with a proven track record in the blockchain space. Essential qualifications include:

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years actively working with blockchain/DeFi protocols.
• Demonstrable experience building production-grade cross-chain systems.
• A strong track record of working with TradFi or DeFi trading systems.
• Experience developing and maintaining high-throughput, low-latency systems.

Core Technologies:

• TypeScript/Node.js: Proficiency with modern TypeScript for backend development.
• Blockchain Development: Deep understanding of EVM and non-EVM chains, standard Web3 tooling, and cross-chain protocols.
• AWS: Experience with serverless architecture, event-driven systems, and containerized applications.
• Multi-chain Expertise: Practical development experience across various chains including EVM, Solana, and Tron.
• Smart Contracts: Hands-on interaction with smart contracts using libraries like ethers.js/viem.
• Web3 Security: Familiarity with Web3 signing and key management protocols.

Nice to Have: Experience with Everclear or similar cross-chain protocols, and a solid knowledge of market making strategies or AWS Lambda and serverless architectures would be a significant advantage.
