As a Web3 Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in executing OpenZeppelin’s go-to-market strategy while laying the groundwork for scaling our sales organization and growing company revenue. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the full sales cycle for Web3 projects, from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Leading insightful discovery conversations with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to articulate OpenZeppelin’s unique value proposition.
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets to drive significant revenue growth in your assigned region.
  • Staying abreast of rapidly evolving market trends and competitive dynamics to proactively shape outreach strategies and guide opportunities.
  • Representing OpenZeppelin at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts, tracking performance, and continuously refining your sales approach using data-driven insights.

📌 Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual with a passion for the Web3 space. The ideal candidate will possess:
  • 3+ years of proven experience in enterprise, full-cycle sales, consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or a similar CRM system for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity products and/or services to developers or other technical customers.
  • A strong, demonstrable understanding of Web3 concepts: smart contracts, DeFi, DAOs, Layer 2 Rollups, and the broader blockchain ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills essential for engaging with high-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while also demonstrating independence to meet deadlines.
  • A data-driven mindset combined with creativity and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  • A positive attitude, proactive approach, and openness to constructive feedback.
