As a Virtual Assistant with The Boutique COO, you will be instrumental in supporting our clients and contributing to our rapid growth. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing various projects on behalf of clients, ensuring deadlines are met consistently.
  • Performing a diverse range of virtual assistant tasks such as scheduling, email management, lead conversion, conducting research, and data entry.

  • Working a flexible schedule, primarily weekdays, starting at 20 hours per week with potential to grow up to 40 hours per week. Most project turnaround times are 1-2 days.
