Creative Marketing Specialist Job November 2025

As our Marketing Assistant, you will be instrumental in the growth and outreach of the WonderPlay Ambassador Program. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing and optimizing content across Instagram and Facebook, including posting schedules, engagement strategies, and compelling captions.
• Designing engaging visual content using Canva, leveraging provided templates to maintain brand consistency.
• Proactively identifying and reaching out to local mom/childcare groups for potential partnership opportunities.
• Assisting with email and message follow-ups for prospective WonderPlay Ambassadors.
• (Optional) Supporting the execution of small-scale social media advertising campaigns.

This role offers a flexible schedule and is entirely remote, with part-time engagement starting at 5-10 hours per week, with potential for full-time or temporary positions based on program needs and your availability.

We are searching for a motivated individual who meets the following criteria:

• A genuine passion for early childhood development, music, or education.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for engaging an audience.
• Proven ability to be a self-starter, taking initiative and managing tasks independently.
• Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and hands-on experience with social media marketing platforms.
