As a Virtual Client Specialist, you will be the friendly voice of our clients, managing their inbound calls with professionalism and care. After an initial in-person training period at our Midvale office, you will transition to working entirely from your home office. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Processing all inbound calls accurately and efficiently, strictly following client account instructions.
  • Maintaining the highest level of customer service with a pleasant, energetic, and friendly demeanor.
  • Navigating various software programs, client websites, scheduling systems, and reports to manage call flows effectively.
  • Composing and sending professional messages with impeccable grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Participating in bi-weekly call monitoring to ensure compliance with department guidelines for call quality, accuracy, and answer time.
  • Responding appropriately to communications from co-workers, other departments, and management.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.
  • Actively reviewing daily performance statistics and striving to meet set goals.
  • Staying informed on all company policies, practices, and procedures relevant to the role.
