📄 Job Description
- Designing and implementing secure, scalable smart contracts and blockchain-based protocols.
- Collaborating closely with the founding team to define the product roadmap and overall system architecture.
- Developing and deploying smart contracts using Solidity and other relevant blockchain languages.
- Integrating robust blockchain solutions with both front-end and back-end services.
- Actively exploring and evaluating Layer 1 & Layer 2 solutions to determine the optimal technology stack.
- Ensuring best practices are followed in security, testing, and comprehensive documentation.
- Building smart contracts to facilitate tokenized equity issuance and management for private capital markets.
- Developing and maintaining core blockchain infrastructure across ecosystems like Ethereum, Polygon, or private chains.

- Proven experience working within Ethereum, Polygon, or similar blockchain ecosystems.
- A deep understanding of token standards (e.g., ERC20, ERC721, ERC1155) and smart contract security best practices.
- Familiarity with digital cap table platforms is highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business and legal requirements into robust technical blockchain solutions.
