As a Blockchain Engineer at Alpha Hub, you will be deeply involved in architecting and deploying the foundational blockchain infrastructure. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing secure, scalable smart contracts and blockchain-based protocols.
• Collaborating closely with the founding team to define the product roadmap and overall system architecture.
• Developing and deploying smart contracts using Solidity and other relevant blockchain languages.
• Integrating robust blockchain solutions with both front-end and back-end services.
• Actively exploring and evaluating Layer 1 & Layer 2 solutions to determine the optimal technology stack.
• Ensuring best practices are followed in security, testing, and comprehensive documentation.
• Building smart contracts to facilitate tokenized equity issuance and management for private capital markets.
• Developing and maintaining core blockchain infrastructure across ecosystems like Ethereum, Polygon, or private chains.
• Guaranteeing the security, compliance, and auditability of all blockchain-based components.
• Collaborating with product, legal, and back-end teams to ensure seamless workflows and address edge cases.
• Writing clean, well-documented, and maintainable code, alongside up-to-date technical documentation.
• Participating actively in platform architecture discussions and MVP roadmap planning.
• Staying current with the latest legal, technical, and ecosystem developments around digital securities.

We are looking for a dedicated and innovative individual who meets the following minimum requirements:

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 1+ year specifically in blockchain development.

• Proven experience working within Ethereum, Polygon, or similar blockchain ecosystems.
• A deep understanding of token standards (e.g., ERC20, ERC721, ERC1155) and smart contract security best practices.
• Familiarity with digital cap table platforms is highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business and legal requirements into robust technical blockchain solutions.
• A strong capacity to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, startup environment.

Desirable Skills (Bonus Points for Experience With):

• Zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs) and related privacy-enhancing technologies.
• Decentralized Finance (DeFi) protocols and their architectures.
