📄 Job Duties and Responsibilities

As an LCC, you will be the local face of GreatAuPair, providing essential support and driving community engagement. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Host Family Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and provide program orientations for all new host family applicants.
  • Ongoing Support: Offer continuous assistance to host families and au pairs throughout their placement year, including welcome calls within 48 hours of arrival and in-home orientations within two weeks.
  • Community Engagement: Actively participate in an annual host-family-day event and serve as a vital resource for your assigned families and au pairs.
  • Conflict Resolution: Conduct mediations as needed to resolve placement difficulties and ensure positive outcomes for all parties.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure adherence to all Department of State regulations, immediately reporting any violations or concerns to management.
  • Program Growth: Educate potential host families, actively promote the GreatAuPair program in your community, and provide exceptional service to foster referrals and repeat customers.
