📄 Job Description
- Aiding teachers in the day-to-day management of student learning and development.
- Maintaining consistency in the online classroom by setting up sections, posting announcements, and managing video sessions.
- Coordinating with teachers to provide high-quality, timely feedback on assignments across multiple disciplines and grade levels.
- Communicating effectively with students about their lessons and offering positive feedback to aid in their development.
- Leading multiple face-to-face student assessment events and acting as primary/supporting proctor.
- Communicating with families prior to testing sessions to ensure attendance.
- Maximizing student safety by ensuring safe sign-in and sign-out procedures are adhered to.
- Serving all stakeholders with integrity, humility, and joy, consistently modeling task competency and strong relationships.
- Participating in Company events, activities, and meetings with a positive and engaging attitude.
📌 Requirements
- An Associate’s degree or comparable work experience demonstrating proficiency in the Special Education (SPED) academic subject area.
- Two (2) years of customer service experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to consistently lead and serve others with humility, kindness, empathy, and joy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with teachers, students, and parents.
- Excellent organizational skills and strict attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, team environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Confirmed ability to travel extensively by car in-state to lead face-to-face student testing events.
- Strong technical background, preferably using the Google suite.
- Ability to pass a required background check.
- Ability to commit to working between 15-28 hours every week.
