📄 Job Description

In this crucial role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our efficient operations and supporting our client services. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Creating and organizing polished, client-ready PDFs using Adobe Acrobat Pro (merging Excel files, scanned documents, adding bookmarks, etc.).
  • Assisting clients with accessing and navigating our secure document portal.
  • Setting up new clients within our workflow systems such as Canopy and SmartVault.
  • Pulling and organizing essential financial reports from QuickBooks Online (e.g., Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets).
  • Interfacing between various applications and tools to ensure seamless project progression.
  • Maintaining consistent document organization, naming conventions, and file structures.
  • Occasionally assisting with Excel merges or light data extraction tasks.
