As our Full-Time Remote Designer for the MENA region, you will play a pivotal role in our marketing and growth initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and managing the visual content calendar specifically for our MENA social media channels, ensuring timely and relevant posts.
• Creating high-impact static and motion designs for various platforms, including social posts, story visuals, and crucial announcements, all while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Collaborating closely with our Growth and Content teams to produce engaging, localized visuals that deeply resonate with our Arabic-speaking audiences.

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and culturally sensitive designer who meets the following qualifications:

• Strong expertise in motion design and visual storytelling; a demonstrable portfolio of motion graphics is essential.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software: Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Comfortable and experienced in designing content in both Arabic and English.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools for both static and motion content creation.
• Excellent communication skills and strong time management capabilities.
• A native Arabic speaker with a deep understanding of MENA culture, trends, and regional nuances.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience working within the crypto, fintech, or broader tech industries.
• Familiarity with global content workflows and established brand design systems.
