As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Binance, you will be instrumental in expanding our world-class team. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Performing full-cycle recruiting for open positions, from strategic sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Collaborating closely with the HR team and hiring managers to continuously improve our global hiring processes.
  • Driving or actively participating in various HR projects and talent acquisition initiatives.

  • Experience in business/corporate talent hiring for Web3/Crypto companies is a significant advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required for effective coordination with global partners and stakeholders; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven expertise with modern sourcing and candidate selection techniques.
  • Demonstrated market mapping experience for global or Asian markets.
