As a Virtual Assistant for AWG Private Chefs, you will be an integral part of our remote team, providing essential administrative support to management and staff. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to management and staff remotely.
  • Efficiently handling scheduling, email management, and professional client communication.
  • Assisting with accurate data entry, meticulous file organization, and precise record keeping.
  • Supporting social media updates and engaging in online correspondence.
  • Helping to coordinate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and manage follow-ups.
  • Performing various other administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
