As a Senior/Staff Engineer within the Web3 Risk Control Team at OKX, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our blockchain infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Architecting, designing, and developing OKX’s sophisticated Web3 Risk Control System.
• Implementing and enhancing on-chain fund traceability and tagging functionalities.
• Optimizing system performance to ensure high-concurrency processing capabilities and reliability.
• Collaborating closely with product and security teams to continuously refine and elevate our risk control strategies.

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated engineer with a keen interest in blockchain security. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher, coupled with at least 5 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Solid understanding of core Java frameworks and fundamentals, including Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, JVM intricacies, and Concurrency.
• Familiarity with various Big Data technology stacks such as Flink, Spark, Kafka, ClickHouse, Doris, Hadoop, Hive, and Databricks.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, enabling seamless collaboration with our global and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Highly regarded: Familiarity with financial risk control and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) business scenarios, particularly experience in Risk Control System development.
• Highly regarded: Proven experience in security incident response and emergency handling within a dynamic environment.
