Digital Designer Job MENA Region Focus November 2025

As a key member of our Marketing – Growth team, you will be instrumental in defining and executing our visual content strategy for the MENA market. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and meticulously managing the visual content calendar specifically for Crypto.com’s MENA social media channels.
• Crafting high-impact static and captivating motion designs, including social posts, engaging story visuals, and critical announcements, all while strictly adhering to brand guidelines.
• Seamlessly collaborating with our Growth and Content teams to produce authentic, localized visuals that deeply resonate with our diverse Arabic-speaking audiences.

We are looking for a highly skilled and culturally attuned designer who meets the following criteria:

• Demonstrated strong proficiency in motion design and visual storytelling; expertise in motion graphics is an absolute must.
• Exceptional proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Proven comfort and capability in designing content effectively in both Arabic and English.
• Hands-on experience utilizing cutting-edge AI tools for the creation of both static and motion content.
• Outstanding communication and time management skills, crucial for remote collaboration.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with a profound understanding of MENA culture, trends, and regional nuances.
• Nice to Have: Previous experience within the crypto, fintech, or broader tech industries.
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with global content workflows and established brand design systems.
