As a Technical Project Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding our technology initiatives from conception to completion. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage complex and large-scale cross-team, cross-functional technology initiatives, focusing on financial digital transformation.
• Interface effectively with development teams to accurately estimate work efforts, define clear milestones, and strategically manage resources.
• Drive successful project outcomes by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, from design to rollout.
• Diligently track progress, proactively resolve dependencies, evaluate potential risks, and ensure transparent communication of status to management and project stakeholders.
• Design and monitor key metrics aligned with initiative goals, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
• Orchestrate technology initiatives in harmony with business feature deliveries, ensuring seamless coordination between teams to balance both technical and business priorities.
• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation with developers, catering to various audiences with materials such as production support playbooks and API documentation.
• Maintain and continuously improve deployment workflows, fostering knowledge discovery and empowering development teams.

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in project and/or program management within a software applications environment.
• A deep and proven understanding of software development lifecycle, architecture principles, and infrastructure.
• Demonstrated exposure to both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies, including Scrum.
• Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to expertly align efforts of diverse groups towards achieving a common goal.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong team dynamics and external relationships.
• Proficient in facilitating productive meetings and summarizing complex documentation for clarity.
• Proven track record in setting up efficient processes and driving automation initiatives.
• Adept at discovering critical knowledge and guiding teams to transform this knowledge for presentation to various audiences.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience serving as a Scrum Master.
• Demonstrated mentoring skills.
• Fluent verbal and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese for effective communication in a global team.
• Proficiency in using JIRA/Confluence for project tracking and collaboration.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, PSM, or ACP are highly preferred.
