📄 Job Description

As a Web3 Sales Representative, you will be a key player in scaling our sales organization and contributing directly to OpenZeppelin’s revenue growth. Your core responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the full sales cycle for Web3 projects, from initial lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Leading in-depth discovery conversations with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to thoroughly understand client needs and clearly articulate OpenZeppelin’s unique value proposition.
  • Driving significant revenue growth in your assigned region by consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • Staying meticulously informed on rapidly evolving market trends, competitive dynamics, and technological advancements to proactively shape outreach strategies and guide opportunities.
  • Representing OpenZeppelin with distinction at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build strategic relationships and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts, meticulously tracking performance metrics, and continuously refining your sales approach using data-driven insights.

📌 Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual with a passion for Web3 and a proven sales track record. Essential qualifications include:
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise, full-cycle sales, with a demonstrated history of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proficiency with Hubspot or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Prior experience selling cybersecurity products and/or services, particularly to developers or other technical customer bases.
  • A strong and comprehensive understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including smart contracts, DeFi, DAOs, Layer 2 Rollups, and related technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to excel both independently and collaboratively within a team setting to meet critical deadlines.
  • A data-driven mindset combined with creativity and adaptability, essential for thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  • A positive attitude, proactivity, and openness to constructive feedback.
  • Extreme attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Proven success and comfort working within a remote-first, globally distributed team environment.
