📄 Key Responsibilities
- Providing expert advice to financial intermediaries on regulatory, legal, and compliance matters within the FinTech and DLT sectors.
- Assisting clients with company establishment and preparing/submitting necessary licensing applications.
- Serving as an AML Officer for various outsourcing mandates, ensuring adherence to anti-money laundering regulations.
- Implementing cutting-edge RegTech software solutions for clients to enhance their compliance frameworks.
- Drafting and meticulously reviewing internal policies, procedures, and delivering comprehensive training sessions.
- Liaising and coordinating effectively with supervisory authorities.
- Actively contributing to the co-development of JayBee, offering innovative ideas for our collective growth and success.
📌 Qualifications & Experience
- A university degree or other higher education in law and/or compliance. A Swiss education is a significant advantage.
- At least 2+ years of relevant professional experience in regulatory or compliance roles.
- Solid knowledge of financial market regulation, specifically AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, SRO, and CDB20.
- Business fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in a Swiss national language (German, French, Italian) is a plus.
- A committed, energetic, and proactive personality, consistently striving to exceed expectations.
- Proven ability to work independently and in a goal-oriented manner.
- A collaborative team player with strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrable tech affinity and existing knowledge within the rapidly evolving crypto space.
