As a BELAY Virtual Assistant, you will be an indispensable partner to clients across various industries. This role offers the freedom to choose your clients and manage your workload, all while receiving ongoing support from a highly engaged BELAY team. Your core responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining executive calendars and scheduling appointments.
  • Managing and organizing emails for optimal efficiency and clarity.
  • Creating and preparing presentations, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Handling social media management, content creation, and posting.
  • Developing workflows and processes to streamline client operations.
  • Researching technologies and providing thoughtful recommendations.
  • Administering CRMs by updating and entering client data.
  • Arranging travel (flights, cars, hotel) and coordinating events.
  • Assisting with project management and event planning.
  • Offering personal assistance as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

📌 Requirements

We are looking for self-motivated, trustworthy, and tech-savvy individuals with a passion for serving clients. Key qualifications include:
  • 1+ years of administrative experience required (3+ years preferred).
  • Availability during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM in your time zone) for client communication.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and highly detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communicator with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • At-home office setup: Mac/PC computer (min. 1.0GHz dual-core processor, 8GB RAM), reliable internet, and a smartphone with email capabilities.
