As a BELAY Virtual Assistant, you will be an indispensable partner to your clients, providing critical administrative and organizational support. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Maintain executive calendars and appointments.
  • Manage and organize emails, ensuring efficiency and clarity.
  • Create and prepare presentations or spreadsheets as required.
  • Handle social media management, content creation, and posting.
  • Build structure, workflows, and processes to streamline client operations.
  • Research technologies and make thoughtful recommendations.
  • Administer CRMs by updating and entering client data.
  • Arrange travel (flights, cars, hotel reservations) and handle event coordination.
  • Assist with project management and event planning.
  • Offer personal assistance as needed, ensuring smooth daily operations and client satisfaction.

📌 Requirements

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly reliable individual with a commitment to client success. Essential qualifications include:
  • 1+ years of administrative experience (3+ years preferred).
  • Availability during normal business hours Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (in your time zone) for client communication. This role cannot be combined with other jobs limiting availability.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and capable of maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines without error.
  • Tech-savvy with a quick ability to learn new systems and tools.
  • Proactive approach to anticipating client needs and a strong desire to serve.
  • Dedicated at-home office setup including:
    • Mac/PC computer (minimum 1.0GHz dual-core processor, 8GB RAM, MS Office).
    • Reliable internet connection.
