📄 Job Description

As an Associate Product Manager Intern at Coinbase, you will be instrumental in driving the development of innovative products that align with our mission to create an open financial system. You will:
  • Define comprehensive product requirements and collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business) to execute successful product launches.
  • Take ownership of a key area within Coinbase’s business, leveraging user research, market insights, and robust data analytics to craft a forward-looking strategy and roadmap.
  • Develop and execute a strategic product plan that delivers maximum impact, working in close collaboration with stakeholders to establish clear goals.
  • Maintain a deeply customer-centric focus by conducting thorough user research, upholding product excellence standards, and meticulously analyzing user feedback and performance metrics to guide continuous product innovation.
  • Establish clear success metrics for product launches and meticulously analyze results throughout various development stages to inform and refine product decisions.
  • Become a recognized expert in Coinbase’s strategic and competitive position within the evolving onchain ecosystem, developing a well-rounded understanding of critical onchain use cases, including payments, trading, DeFi, social, and infrastructure.

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Economics, Math, Product Management, or other related technical or business disciplines.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a quantitative aptitude and a keen interest in systems-thinking and scaling processes.
  • A profound passion for product management, cutting-edge technology, and delivering exceptional customer-focused solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit and high adaptability.
  • Prior experience with usability testing or user-centered design methodologies.
