📄 Job Responsibilities
- Advising financial intermediaries on complex regulatory, legal, and compliance matters.
- Assisting clients with company establishment and preparing/submitting licensing applications.
- Taking on AML Officer roles as part of our outsourcing mandates.
- Implementing cutting-edge RegTech software solutions for clients.
- Drafting and reviewing essential policies and delivering effective training sessions.
- Coordinating closely with supervisory authorities.
- Actively co-developing JayBee and contributing innovative ideas for our collective success.
📌 Qualifications & Experience
- A university degree or other higher education in law and/or compliance (Swiss education is a plus).
- At least 2+ years of relevant professional experience in the field.
- Solid knowledge of financial market regulation, including AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, SRO, and CDB20.
- Business fluent English is essential; knowledge of a Swiss national language is an advantage.
- Strong tech affinity and practical knowledge in the crypto space.
- Ability to work independently, goal-oriented, and as a collaborative team player.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have:
- In-depth expertise in crypto and FinTech.
- Previous consulting experience or experience within a law firm.
- Experience working in a start-up environment.
