As a Senior Endpoint Specialist at Swissquote, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our IT landscape. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Administering and supporting Windows-based endpoints across the enterprise.
• Managing and optimizing Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance, and configuration.
• Packaging, deploying, and maintaining applications using modern tools and best practices.
• Overseeing mobile device management (MDM) for iOS and Android platforms.
• Implementing and monitoring Microsoft Defender for Endpoint to ensure robust security.
• Utilizing ManageEngine Endpoint Central or Microsoft Endpoint Manager for centralized endpoint management.
• Automating and managing patching processes for timely updates and compliance.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for endpoint configurations, procedures, and standards.
• Designing and maintaining reporting dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Intune reports) for monitoring endpoint health, compliance, and performance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on endpoint lifecycle and security initiatives.
• Troubleshooting and resolving endpoint-related incidents and service requests efficiently.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering growth within the team.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong technical background and a proactive approach to endpoint administration and security. Key qualifications include:

• 3-4 years of proven experience with Windows endpoint administration.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of application packaging and deployment.
• Extensive experience with mobile device management solutions.
• Familiarity with endpoint security tools, particularly Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Proficiency in ManageEngine Endpoint Central or Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Demonstrated experience with patching automation tools and workflows.
• Ability to create and manage technical documentation and reporting dashboards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities, essential for team collaboration.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications such as MD-102: Endpoint Administrator, MS-700: Teams Administrator Associate, or MS-500: Microsoft 365 Security Administration are highly valued.
• Experience operating in large-scale enterprise environments.
